Toni Attell is one of the most talented people on the planet. She has the rare ability to have you laugh and celebrate all you are and all you are meant to be. An author, counselor, teacher and entertainer, she is a profound gift to all of us.

I wanted to thank you for all the stuff you taught us last week. It was really interesting and useful for us. I was very happy to know that you are an hypnotherapist too. I am really interested in hypnosis as i think that acting is a trance and I believe that Chekhov was a master in self-hypnosis. I intend to work with a hypnotherapist in France in order to overcome my difficulties and I may take a training course in hypnosis. I'd love to use past-live regression to understand myself, and to be able to bring back some abilities or emotions that I can use on stage. As they say in the method : we can't play what we haven't experienced. But I think that we can experience anything through hypnosis ! I know that you're teaching in UCLA. I can’t believe it!!!! It has been eight days and I haven’t touched a drop of chocolate! I am a true chocoholic---for most of my adult life, (unless I have the flu) I have eaten some form of chocolate every single day. I have been slowly going from a size eight pants to a tight size 10. I came to one of Toni Attell’s workshops in Orange County and chatted with her afterwards regarding my “addiction”. We haven’t yet set an appointment for a full session (which I plan to do in the very near future) but she ran her hands over my face while my eyes were closed and I haven’t wanted to eat chocolate since then. I have been very skeptical regarding hypnotherapy because it hasn’t worked for me in the past. However, if Toni can get me to stop craving chocolate and lose some weight, I believe she has a special gift!!!

I met the man that was to be my husband one day after I took Toni's workshop

I am from England and after completing the 21 Day Program, I met an English man who was living in San Francisco. It turned out that his parents were friends with mine. We are now living together in San Francisco.

I always wanted to get a Mercedes Benz, it just seemed like the perfect car for me but I never had the money. Even after doing the 21-Day Program, I didn’t think I would get the car. So I went to some other dealerships and then on Christmas Eve I went to the Mercedes dealer and ended up getting my Mercedes. It was in the price range I could afford, believe me it works!

I wanted to work in Cosmetic Product Development, however, my only experience was a summer internship. I just graduated from college, needed money and wanted to move out of Chicago. I did the 21 Day Program and soon after received a call from one of my supervisors at the internship I’d had… they offered me a job and paid my moving costs to New York.

I wasn't able to take medication after my partial knee replacement. The pain was excruciating and there was nothing anyone could do to ease that except give me Tylenol. Toni's hypnotherapy took away major amounts of pain so that I was able to sleep and get some rest. The physical therapist was so amazed at Cedars Sinai Hospital that they released me a day early. The Hypnotherapy tape Toni made for me to take home was instrumental in helping rest while I was bed ridden.
